Jesus, when fear shakes my heart and I cannot control what is happening, remind me that I do not cross the storm without your presence. Give me calm to breathe, wisdom to recognize the next step, and humility to receive help. Sustain my faith without denying my fear, and teach me to trust you whether the waters grow still or I must keep crossing them. Amen.
