Receiving help can be a step of trust: you do not have to carry everything weighing on you today alone.
Reflection
In Mark, people carry a man who cannot reach Jesus on his own. Their shared presence invites us to see help as a concrete expression of love, not a debt that diminishes our dignity.
Perhaps today you can name a need to someone you trust. Asking for a conversation, companionship, or practical support does not solve everything at once, but it makes room to walk with others.
Prayer
Jesus, help me recognize what I cannot carry alone. Give me confidence to ask for help and freedom to receive it without shame. Teach me to offer respectful companionship to someone who needs me too. Amen.
